comprehensive, printed report with an Executive Summary, recommendations and
action items as well as a detailed analysis of findings backed up by a set of
highly analytical, color graphs. These are all based on a full set of
percentaged statistical exhibits which are broken out to reflect differences
between significant sub-samples, such as geographic area, company type or size
category, customers vs. non-customers, etc.
However, if survey sponsors decide they want to
isolate a particular group of respondents-say, major customers or large buyers
not broken out in the report-they need only turn to the Interactive Software,
isolate these respondents and instantaneously create their own, custom
tabulation.
Or, if a special cross-tabulation is desired…for
example, should a user want to find out how many of a competitor's customers
tend to emphasize low pricing or availability/delivery or standardization as
buying criteria, it's simply a matter of point and click and the cross
tabulation is created. The tool then asks if the user wants the output in
tabular, bar graph, pie chart or bullet list format. It also has the capability
to export the document into PowerPoint for use in a custom presentation.
In some cases, users can even access, through the
CD-ROM Software, selected data points on a respondent-by-respondent (individual
company) basis-unidentified by respondent name, only by company and location.
